Bio

The magic behind Little Phoenix Consulting is Linden B. Henderson, a genderfluid facilitator, trainer, and problem-solver. They have 7+ years of experience working with at-risk youth of all ages, ranging from after-school tutoring to Boys and Girls Clubs to a residential treatment center. After years of inclusion work at these different organizations, Linden chose to focus on that full-time. They offer friendly, knowledgeable help for any organization, group, or individual. While they have a working knowledge of most social justice concepts, they have particular expertise in LGBTQ+ issues. They particularly enjoy talking with children and youth to create an inclusive culture for the next generation.
